What happened?

So aside from the broken plugins (got a lot of those working again). I woke up randomly and saw " RIP servers " in the admin chat. I checked and my host is down. Even my Terraria server is offline. I can't access the client interface or FTP. Everything is offline. I put in a ticket so hopefully they'll get it up and running again soon.
