The ATM now only accepts scrap.
I’ve removed RustNotes from the server.
If for some reason you find RustNotes, hold onto them and we can exchange them for scrap.
But this should slow the economy down a bit. You have to choose between research, crafting, NPC vendors and /s I've also updated the "name" for scrap to inform players of the ATM. If you deposited more scrap than you intended, you can always withdraw from the ATM and use as you wish.

No quarry levels this wipe.
You can still place 1 quarry that gathers all resources.
It will be a “level 1” (6 slots) and operates as normal.
The levels will return.
Most likely the following wipe.
But it’s set to “level 1” just in case we get our shit together.
There’s just too much to consider as far as balancing and the timeline is way too short.

The Convoy event is coming today.
The loot is a bit wonky (mainly ammo farming from the NPCs), but will be updated after the dev adds a few new entries for us.
*****
Changes have been made to the loot table.
While it has been handy to use rustlabs.com to track drops/spawn rates and whatnot.
The server is heavily modded, and the time has come to edit the tables further.
For the most part, the drops have been Vanilla+.
Meaning that everything is vanilla with additional items.
Some NPCs have had inventory cloned from one to the other if their rates were hot garbage (Junkpile Scientists for example).
But overall, things were exactly like they are on vanilla, with the addition of custom loot and seasonal/DLC items.
Due to buffs, events, rewards, etc.
You are able to get things far too easily.
While some see this as a good thing, it’s not all that great in the long run.
The core of Rust is the grind.
And if you get everything you want and need within the first week, is there really a need to keep playing?
Some will say yes.
Others are pleased at first then get bored.
We’re trying to find a way to keep the numbers up.
More communication.
Better player economy.

The Starter Base has been updated.
This will probably be a thing each month going forward.
Most likely having seasonal bases as well.
If you don’t like it, you can always redo it.
