The loot is fixed

So the Bradley and Heli were dropping vanilla loot. This was my bad. There's a secondary folder in the backup section I have that's vanilla. I used this to set the loot for the barrels. After doing some updates I grabbed the wrong file. Anyway. It's fixed now. All vanilla containers that don't drop scrap normally will. And as mentioned, the Bradley and Heli have higher loot content as well as scrap. Sorry about this. But hey. At least I'm honest.
