The differences between shopping with RP (/s) or in game vendors, vending machines and /craft.

I've set the server up so you can play it however you want.

You don't have to use the store.

You don't have to use the teleport system or /trade.

You can play as vanilla as possible under the protection/restrictions of the PvE system running on the server. But lets be honest.

Almost none of you are going to do that.

There are a few of you out there that do.

And honestly. Props.

No idea how you do it. lol

I constantly see people "expressing their concern" in chat about how the RP store costs so much more to buy a heli than it does at the bandit camp. Or that it costs a lot of resources. But it's still cheaper to make one than it is to buy one. And that "the server is stupid and has ass cancer".

Let me explain how this is laid out for you. The store (/s) is NOT your primary way to get things.

The store is a perk for game play.

The more you play, the more you are rewarded.

And yes. Some things need the prices reworked.

I won't deny that. But it's nothing catastrophic.

I've spoken with other server owners and their prices are insane.

And their reward rates are the same as mine.

So no idea what's going on there.

But using the store is a convenience. If you're in the field and really need something. You use /s. Got a bunch of RP and want to do some decorating or electrical work? You use /s. With the vehicles. Same deal.

You want a heli or boat in the beginning.

You grab some scrap and walk to the vendor.

After you build up some resources and components, you can craft one.

Once you have enough RP and you're on a mission.

Just open up the store.

Buy one.

And it's in your pocket.

On another note. The weather and it's removal. The results from the poll were very very high.

People wanted longer nights and more weather. But as with most changes to the game based on voting.

I see a lot of people up in arms and complaining about it. Tons of people wanted the food plugin. We got it made. Put it in game. Almost everyone lost their shit. People voted for the time and weather change. Guess what?

They didn't like it.

So I don't know what to do now.

I'm constantly trying to keep everyone happy. Which is why I put things up for a vote. But people ask for one thing then don't like it when they get it. So this is what's going to happen from now on. You vote for something. You get it. If it's that terrible.

Contact and admin and ask for a vote to be added. Though there's no guarantee the vote will be added.

But it will be discussed with you and we'll see where it goes from there.

If and when you get the results from that vote.

Please.

Just accept it and move forward.

If you don't like it.

Don't complain in chat.

There's no need to pump negativity into the server.

Just contact an admin.

It's changing back after Halloween is over anyway. And for those left who I haven't offended :) The donation page is still broken. I've contacted my host and they said this: There was recently a billing system update that was implemented and I believe that to be the cause. I'm currently reaching out to my superiors in regards to this and will update you as soon as I have more information or it has been resolved. So for whatever that means. I guess it'll be fixed at some point.
