TEST/BUILD Plugin Addition



Just a quick note. I've added the AutoPurge plugin to the Test server to keep the building population in check. It will wipe inactive bases after 48 hours. This is more than enough time since it's just a place to test out your builds and play around. I've also added this information to the main screen UI as a reminder.
