(PvE)Lock-On Rockets and Plane Crash Are Back

It just took changing a single line in the plugin from the rocket_heli.prefab to the rocket_basic.prefab and it's safe for players and buildings/deployables. Because of this change I've loaded the Plane Cash plugin back on the server. It was kinda pointless without the lock-on rockets. I mean you can take it down with a regular rocket. But you basically need to have aimbot.
