Build Server Update. Water

I forgot to mention this. But there's a new command for the water catchers. You use /refill and it will fill them up. No need to wait. I mean you can wait if you want. But if you just want to get right to it and see if your configuration is working. Use this. Also. Not a server update. But I made a suggestion on the Rust suggestions polls or whatever it's called. And I think this would be a game changer. The mods are shit on the official servers at controlling the toxicity in chat. This suggestion is for a new .cfg file at allows server owners (and the people running the official) to put in words to kick and eventually ban players. As well as a spam filter. This will also remove the need for an additional plugin as well as allow vanilla server owners to run the filter. Something they cannot do without running oxide.
